1. Introduction

2. Services Provided
Britfix 24/7 Ltd provides property maintenance and repair services including, but not limited to, plumbing, heating, electrical work, drainage services, and general property repairs. Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability.

3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be arranged by phone, email, or online communication. While we aim to attend jobs at the scheduled time, arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, emergencies, or previous jobs taking longer than expected.

4. Call-Out and Investigation
A call-out fee may apply for attending the property and carrying out an initial inspection. The purpose of this visit is to investigate and diagnose the issue. Investigation time typically takes between 30–60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the problem.

5. Quotations and Estimates
Where possible, a quote will be provided after the initial inspection. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If additional issues are discovered during the work, the customer will be informed before any additional work is carried out.

6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger jobs or projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, debit or credit card, and other approved payment methods.

7. Late Payments
Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment period may be subject to additional charges or interest in accordance with UK late payment regulations. Britfix 24/7 Ltd reserves the right to pursue outstanding debts through appropriate recovery procedures if necessary.

8. Emergency Services
As a 24/7 service provider, emergency call-outs may be charged at a higher rate, particularly during evenings, weekends, or public holidays. Response times may vary depending on location, workload, and the nature of the emergency.

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and the area where work is required. Any fragile items, furniture, or valuables should be moved away from the working area before our engineer arrives.

10. Warranty on Workmanship
Britfix 24/7 Ltd provides a limited warranty on workmanship for completed work. This warranty applies only to issues directly caused by the work carried out by our engineers. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults within existing systems or materials.

11. Materials and Parts
All materials and parts supplied by Britfix 24/7 Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.

12. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of repair and maintenance services, refunds are generally not provided once work has been completed. However, refunds may be considered if the service was not delivered as agreed or if a fault is directly caused by our workmanship. Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by pre-existing faults, customer misuse, or if materials have already been purchased for the job.

13. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel costs and allocated engineer time.

14. Complaints Policy
Britfix 24/7 Ltd values customer feedback and aims to resolve any complaints quickly and fairly. If a customer is dissatisfied with our service, they should contact us as soon as possible so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.

15. Health and Safety Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and customers. Our engineers follow UK health and safety regulations and may refuse or stop work if the working environment is considered unsafe or hazardous.

16. Privacy and Data Protection
Britfix 24/7 Ltd respects customer privacy and complies with UK data protection laws. Personal information collected during bookings or service delivery may include name, address, phone number, email address, and service details. This information will only be used for communication, service delivery, invoicing, and legal obligations. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required to deliver the service or comply with legal requirements.

17. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel. Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or accounting purposes.

18. Website Terms of Use

While we aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free or complete.

19. Limitation of Liability
